All items are printed direct ink to garment and my items are printed on high quality soft branded shirts which are comfortable to wear! The printer dyes the fabric using only the finest quality, longest-lasting, environmentally friendly inks! This means the fabric will not crack or fade. 4 out of 5 stars4/5 for the quality because this was a gift for a friend sent directly to them, so I cannot comment on it personally. I was amazed at how quickly it shipped and arrived in HI from FL. My friend absolutely loves it and can’t wait to match his new son. The sheer joy on his face in the photo I was sent was 100% worth it. Highly recommend.

Size Charts are located in the listing photos :) Please make sure to review the size charts before purchasing :) Please allow +/- of 1-2 inches in difference depending on the manufacturer.
Care instructions
- Machine wash with cold water inside out with like colors
- Non-Chlorine bleach only
- Tumble dry on low setting or hang dry if possible (prevents any shrinkage)
- Do not iron printed area
- Do not dry clean

Can I change the wording slightly or change the color of the design print?
Everything is "made-to-order", so YES, you can have a different color print, name added to the design or change the wording in the design. Just place your order and leave a note in the "Note to Seller" section as to what color or specific wording you want. That's all there is to it! NO EXTRA CHARGE :) Back prints can also be done for an additional charge.
How do your shirts fit?
Mens/Unisex shirts fit true to size. Ladies shirts are slim fitted and some buyers state they run a bit small. All infant/toddler/youth shirts fit true to size. Baby bodysuits are true to size. Baseball raglans are unisex size so they fit a bit larger.
My shirt is stiff, smells weird or has a stain. Why?
The reason is due to the process the shirt goes through in order to ensure the best quality print lasts as long as possible through numerous washing cycles. It is an eco-friendly pretreatment water based solution that is laid down before the design is printed. Have no worries, throw it in the wash in cold water, inside out and line dry it or tumble dry low (to avoid any shrinkage) and it will disappear like magic!
Bad Quality Print or Defective Item/Lost or Stolen or Marked Delivered Items
Bad Quality Print or Defective Item
- In the event you receive an item with a bad quality print or a defective item, you must contact me within 21 days of the delivery date in order to receive a replacement at no charge.
Lost or Stolen or Marked "Delivered" Items
- Unfortunately, I cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking number is marked as "Delivered" but you haven't received it, please reach out to neighbors and your local post office to file a claim. You can contact me within 7 days of your delivery date for a possible resolution.
Processing Times and Shipping Times - what's the difference?
Processing times is the time that is needed for me to process your order and get it ready to be shipped out which is 2-4 business days. Shipping times is the time it takes in transit to you the customer and varies depending on location. Please see my shipping times located under "Policies".
What are your shipping times?
Once the order is marked shipped (in 2-4 business days) estimated shipping times are as follows:
United States: 2-5 business days
APOs: 7-30 business days (depending on base location)
Canada: 2-6 business days
UK: 3-5 business days
Europe: 5-10 business days
Australia, New Zealand and Oceania: 5-12 business days
Asia Pacific: 8-15 business days
Central, South America, Caribbean: 10-17 business days
Israel and the Middle East: 10-17 business days

What is your Returns/Exchange/Cancellation Policy?
Unfortunately, there are no returns due to all orders being made to order and printed on demand. However, exchanges are accepted on t-shirts within 30 days of delivery. A small re-stocking/replacement fee + shipping may be applied. Postage for approved returns/exchanges are the buyer's responsibility. Personalized items are non-returnable. Cancellations or changes to orders must be done within 6 hours of completing your purchase. All refunds are minus shipping/postage costs as that is non-refundable.
If the incorrect address was submitted by a buyer on their order and it is returned due to an insufficient/incorrect address, the item can only be re-shipped at the buyer's expense and does not qualify for a full refund.
